Hi all! 

I have practised the wonderful ancient art of yoga for over 14 years. Teaching yoga to both children and adults gives me exquisite joy. It can provide deep healing and elevate fitness. I seen the need for yoga in our Community for both children and adults. On foot of this I have organically created a unique yoga business called “Yoganic Ireland Kids & Adults”.

I am delighted to say that I am a Yoga Alliance certified 200 hours Vinyasa flow Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance Certified  30 hours Yin Yoga Teacher and a Rainbow Yoga Certified Children and Family Yoga Teacher.

My purpose as an adult Yoga Teacher is to help my students gain strength, balance, feel grounded and at peace within their mind and body after practice. This is achieved through creating space, setting intentions, breath work, asana practice and careful cueing.

I hold Yoga Classes & Camps in Mounttown Community Facility for adults and kids, host kids Yoga Birthday Parties & Outdoor Yoga classes in the warm Weather.
