Welcome to the Mounttown Community Facility. This facility opened its doors in the Spring of 2010 and provides a modern safe environment for childcare and facilitates the development of sporting, educational, social, cultural and recreational activities of the communities of Monkstown, Deansgrange, Glasthule,

Sandycove,Sallynoggin, Glenageary, Blackrock and the greater Dun Laoghaire area.

The facility is open from - 0900 - 2100 Monday - Thursdays, 0900- 1900 Friday -  Saturday and Sunday 0900 - 1300 .Please feel free to drop in to our coffee dock for a chat and a cup of tea or one of our speciality coffees, read your newspaper, play a game of chess.n All welcome.

Funding was provided by the following agencies to enable the building of this facility:- Department of Environment, Heritage & Local Government, Department of Justice & Law Reform, Department of Tourism, culture & Sport, Department of Health & Children - Young persons Facilities & Services Fund. National Lottery - Dormant Accounts, Dun-Laoghaire Rathdown county Council.
